Thank you very much for choosing out Halong Viola Cruise. Please read the following information to completing your booking.

1. PAYMENT METHOD

Payment for your tours or other services can be done by one of following ways:

+ Payment via PayPal:

You can pay for your tour easily with your balance in PayPal account or any ways as it has the function in which allows you to pay as a guest. Following is the details:

  • The prices quoted on the website are exclusive all kinds of bank fees or booking fees.
  • Booking fee of 4% total amount is required from customer
  • If you got a trouble with the page, feel free to contact us at info@halongviolacruiser.com so that we can assist you by sending an instant link to repay.
  • A payment is done only when payment system informs you that your payment has been sent successfully. If not, the money is still at your account.

+ Contact us: If you would like to process the payment by another way, please kindly email us or reach to our hotline. By this manner, we can provide to you the useful information relating to your tour and find out the most suitable way to complete your booking (it may by cash or do deposit)

2. CANCELLATION

2.1. Cancellations only become effective once our sales office receives notification of cancellation IN WRITING to our email: info@halongviolacruiser.com.

2.2. Last minutes cancellation for your tour or cruise booking, the following terms will apply:

  • If cancelled up to 8 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged
  • If cancelled up to 4 -7 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of total will be charged
  • If cancelled before 1 -3 days or in case of no – show, the total of reservation will be full charged
  • The above penalties apply when the entire booking is cancelled and apply to all services including cruise and land arrangements. Guests or their travel agent must telephone or send a fax to Our Reservation Department to cancel the reservation.

Note: Please be advised that we will NOT accept any cancellations or amendments requests by phone unless the matter is extremely urgent. Cancellations are ONLY valid if you receive an email from us confirming receipt of your cancellation or amendment. If you have submitted your cancellation or amendment and do not receive our confirmation of receipt by email within 24 hours after submission, please do contact us IMMEDIATELY.

3. REFUNDS

No refunds will be made for unused services or no-shows. We do not charge you any amount for our effort to refund if you have cancellation on time, however bank fees will be at your side.
Please allow up to 15 days for the refund to appear in your account.

4. CURRENCY

All service prices and charges are quoted in USD unless otherwise indicated.

5. CHILDREN POLICY ON OUR CRUISES

The maximum occupancy for any one cabin of cruise is two (2) Adults and one (1) Child under 8 years of age. We may allow children to stay in the same cabin with parents either with or without an extra bed.

  • Children under 4 years old are FOC, sharing room with parent.
  • Children from 4 to under 8 years old are charged at 50 % based on adult rates, sharing room with parents.
  • Children above 8 years old are charged at 100% based on adult rates.

6. OTHER CONDITIONS

Confirmed arrival and departure dates, number of cabins and passengers, passenger’snames, passport and visa numbers, cabin category (SGL/DBL/TWIN), specialrequirements (e.g. gifts, dietary requirements, etc.) must be provided by passengers atleast seven (7) days prior to check-in.
